A Commission Plan

That Rewards Growth

Exquisite offers clear paths for both company opportunities and your personal sphere, with numbers you can understand upfront. Company-generated closings use step-up splits based on the lead source (Flex, ISA, and database), so you always know how that deal is structured before you go under contract. For your sphere, the model is designed to reward consistency, you earn 70% until the annual cap is met, then you move to 100% for the remainder of the 12-month period.

Fees stay straightforward: a one-time onboarding fee, a monthly fee that reflects whether minimum standards are being met, and a per-transaction fee at closing (which can be charged to the client if you choose). The goal is simple, help you scale production with strong support behind the scenes, while keeping your take-home pay predictable and clearly documented.

FAQ's

The Exquisite Way, Answered

If you’re considering partnering with Exquisite, these FAQs break down how we support agents, how opportunities work, and what standards and fees look like, all rooted in our mission of discipline, expertise, education, and empathy.

Exquisite’s mission is centered on creating opportunity through discipline, expertise, education, and empathy. The culture is built around core values like being abundant, driven, selfless, extraordinary, and evolving.

The deck highlights production comparisons showing stronger average closings per agent and higher percentages of agents closing multiple deals within the year, plus a callout that 36 percent of Exquisite agents took home over $100,000 in 2024.

Support includes personal branding items (like headshots, business cards, and email signatures), staff support roles (transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, past client coordinator), plus listing marketing such as professional photos, 3D tours, interactive floorplans, print flyers, signage, Supra boxes, property flyers, open house support, and help drafting the MLS listing.

Technology includes Follow Up Boss CRM, a Sierra IDX website, Dotloop transaction management, AI call scoring, individual agent websites, and ACH commission payments. Office resources include 24/7 office access, conference rooms, dedicated desks, a training room, and a break room (snacks and Nespresso).

Training includes weekly and recurring sessions (sales meetings, skills training, CRM and follow-up training), plus 1:1 coaching with the sales manager and a recorded library of classes and coaching. There is also a coach program partnered with an experienced coach, required for the first four transactions, then optional after that.

Opportunities highlighted include national referral partners (Zillow Flex, HomeLight, Realtor.com Market VIP, Redfin), an ISA team generating significant weekly calls and monthly inquiries, and additional sources like open houses on company listings and referral opportunities. Zillow Flex onboarding and performance-based routing are mentioned, plus ISA appointments for consumers who want to buy or sell but are not yet committed to an agent.

Standards include a minimum of 8 transactions annually (with quarterly pacing and a grace period after start), embodying core values, engaging in company culture, and converting a portion of company-provided opportunities (listed as 15 percent).

The deck outlines fees such as a one-time onboarding fee, a monthly fee if at standard (and a higher monthly fee if not), a listing deposit refunded at closing, mentor fees on early transactions, and a transaction fee per closing (with a note it can be charged to the client if desired). It also lists eligibility requirements for database, Flex, and ISA opportunities, and shows commission split structures for company closings and sphere closings, plus a comparison example illustrating how net income can differ across models.
