Brett’s career in real estate began behind the scenes in marketing and web design, where he created innovative materials and strategies that helped agents elevate their business. He later moved into sales as an agent, gaining firsthand experience working directly with clients and navigating the day to day realities of the industry. Over time, Brett discovered that his greatest passion was leadership, mentoring agents, building confidence, and helping others reach their full potential.
