A little bit about me...
Before Isabel Lopez sold homes, she processed the loans behind them. Years as a loan processor and loan originator taught her where a deal actually holds together and where it quietly comes apart. What pushed her to the other side of the table was a disappointing experience with her own realtor. She got licensed in 2013.
Thirteen years later she works The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, Magnolia, Willis, Montgomery, Tomball, and Humble. She came to Texas from California three years ago for a new chapter for her family and her career, and settled in The Woodlands for the trees and the shopping. What she loves about the area is the everyday version of it. The walking trails. The quiet. The number of coffee shops and restaurants sitting within a few minutes of each other.
Her clients are relocation buyers, nurses and physicians, first time buyers, and sellers ready to upsize or downsize. They tend to name the same things afterward: she answers, she is available, and she negotiates. The closings she is proudest of are the difficult escrows, the ones that should have died somewhere in the middle and did not, because she would rather bring a solution than deliver bad news.
Every client hears from her by email once a week. Not only when something happens. Every week.
At home, Isabel is married with five boys, ages 26, 25, 19, 17, and 15, which makes her an Army mom, an Air Force mom, a soccer mom, and a football mom. The family travels together whenever they can, hunting new places and good food. She works with clients in English and Spanish, attends The Woodlands Church, and stays in this business for one reason: real estate is how a family builds something that outlasts them.
